Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Enrollment and Registration:

1.1. Enrollment in courses offered by Narayana Academy ("the Institution") is subject to availability and meeting eligibility criteria as outlined in the course description.

1.2. Upon enrollment, students agree to abide by the Institution's policies and procedures, including the refund and cancellation policy outlined herein.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Institution's administrative office.

2.2. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

  • Full Refund: A full refund of tuition fees will be provided if the request is made within 10 days of enrollment, or before the start of the course, whichever comes first.
  • Partial Refund: A partial refund may be granted if the request is made after the start of the course but within 5 days of the course commencement. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the number of classes attended, administrative costs, and any non-recoverable expenses incurred by the Institution.
  • No Refund: No refund will be issued for requests made after 2 days of course commencement.

2.3. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon by the Institution and the student.

3. Cancellation Policy:

3.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Institution's administrative office.

3.2. Cancellations made prior to the start of the course may be eligible for a full refund, as outlined in Section 2.1.a.

3.3. Cancellations made after the start of the course will be subject to the refund policy outlined in Section 2.2.

4. Force Majeure:

4.1. In the event that the Institution is unable to deliver a course as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond its control, the Institution reserves the right to reschedule the course or provide alternative arrangements. In such cases, refunds will be handled in accordance with Sections 2 and 3 of this policy.
